Lounging in the warm sun and cool grass I spied Mhoram logging in during the daylight hours.  This had to be some demonic possession, his soul claimed by another for Mhoram doesn't make day time appearances (they keep him locked up at work in a back room as he's just too butt ugly to wander the streets during the day).

But as soon as the Greetings and Salutations were uttered I realized the error of my thinking.  It was the original and not some hijacked interloper.

Oh drat that means I'll have to delay lunch and consider dork'in around with him for awhile.  He wanted to run around the LS checking monster drops or VoD to check chests.  Boring had done the LS already for a couple of hours and found a Major Bow Tassets on a drudge and a Major element Bane helm in a sturdy steel chest.  So I knew loot was improving, no need to reconfirm.

As I'd been working on the Refulgent bracelet quest since before the patch investigating the first level and it's series of levers and doors and not making much progress I suggested that quest.  Solo I was getting twisted around at one point and not able to get to the doors in time to use the levers to get the next series of doors open, so I suggested we work on mastering that quest as the reward is one a lot of folks will be interested in (+15 to health, stamina and mana stacks with spells but not minor/mod/majors). Sounded good to him, so he agreed.

As I had just finished buffing as he logged in, I recalled to Rithwic for a quick hop to ML isle.  Once on the plateau I crossed over the river up the hill to the west and then headed north till I found an altar/cultist.

Passed the coordinates to Mhoram and began defiling the altar to get the random Dark Vapor to spawn.  He had finished buffing and joined me for several random monsters before the Vapor appeared and opened a portal at its demise.

Arrival point is safe and if it took a while to find an altar and spawn a Dark Vapor it is a good place to rebuff.  There are five levers to pull to open five doors and of course there is a lot of running between them with some annoying cultists to block your journey.

We went north into the big room and cleared it and listened to Twitch whine about how he may be sacrificed next.

At the end up there is a ledge with some archer and priests, so don't dally in the room too long.

Then we headed to the east and up.  Once on the second level you have a corridor going to the west and up again. There I dropped an object so I knew where to turn and go west. Then it was to the north we pushed killing the cultists as we went so the run back wouldn't be hindered.  In the north we are looking for two rooms filled with fire elements and cultists that has the first two levers to open doors.

Once the rooms were cleared it was pull the levers and rush back to the dropped object so we could climb up to the next lever affair.

Going over some catwalks and into several rooms in the 2nd are two levers to open or close these two doors (of course you can't reach them without using the levers to the north first and are there to let stragglers in or out).

In the last room is a single lever and that opens the grate to the next area. So it's kill everything (one really can't get into the final room without killing the critters as they do a fine job of blocking progress) use the lever and dash back to Twitch in the main room.

Here we took the west door by Twitch and then immediately south down the ramp where you want to get to a long north-south corridor in the middle of the east-west corridor you entered from. Now it's south a few feet and then west down a ramp.   Far to the west is a spiral staircase up and that lever you pushed before the run back to this area is at the top.

You've got to get one person, your strongest, or the entire party thru the door before it closes or you'll have to go back to the very first levers and start over.

Past the door at the top of the stairs is a grate before a big room.  More hostile cultists and some wisps.  But to the left of the door as you enter on the wall is a lever to open/close the door at the top of stairs (reason to get a least one person thru before it closes, of course s/he best be a strong one or could spell trouble).   That way the stragglers down stairs clearing the E/W corridor can join you if need be.

Clearing the room permits one time to discover a button behind the altar at the back of the room.   This of course is the button to open the door at the top of the stairs on the east side of the corridor.

So it's once again the same run thru the corridor, up the stairs into the same type room and kill more cultists and wisps.  There also behind the altar at the back of the room is the final button to open/reveal the next door. So we hit it and raced back to the long N-S hallway, where we ran for our lives to the North right thru the wall which is now a fake wall since we hit the last button.   But knowing where to actually look or run thru will gain you a lot of black and blue marks.

Depending on your buff status, once a short ways beyond the wall and any trailing cultists you could rebuff because things are now gone to get nasty.  The corridor meanders around before splitting into two paths with both leading into the same big room filled with cultists and cultist's priests.

It may not be necessary to kill everything in the room, but it's easier then dragging baddies with you when you are exploring for the first time.

Over to the western side, opposite of where you come in, is a pit.

You must leap down into the pit.

After stomping around in it for a bit trip the floor pad that opens the west wall for access to the final areas.

Lots of shadows panny & umbris are now found in the pit below.  Stuck in the corner are some shadow Cysts.

If they are melee they can be ignored, but if archer they can be deadly to the younger crowd.  Best to have decided on a path (N, S, W or E) exit tunnel drop in and rush for that corridor.  Then killing the mobile monsters that follow without the harassing rain of arrows from the Cysts.

Further down the hallway you run into two Cysts stuck in the corridor floor and then another ramp down.  Now you are approaching a final room with lesser void knights and lesser shadow wretchs and appears to be a couple of these  final rooms each reachable from the other corridors exiting the pit.

With the monsters dead check the wretchs for a Repugnant bracelet.  On the trip thru with Mhoram we found two on the first spawn, with Tunguska and Kamiana later in the day we found one and had to wait around for a second spawn.

So ends the hard part, getting the bracelet.  Now to imbue or cleanse it so it's useful.

This requires a quick, if you have sanctuary recall (Holtburg wedding planner sells a gem to the wedding chapel near the sanctuary for 35K), trip to the Sanctuary and then just to the south on the waters edge of the Sanctuary is a well.

Looking around the well you will find a bucket eventually.

Using the bucket on the well fills it with pure water.

Next using the bracelet on bucket of water cleanses the bracelet making it useful by you.  Note using the water will consume it for stamina gain and then you'll have to wait 24 hours before you can pick up another bucket.

Ag

Fulgar Caeles version:
Kill evil cultists, get dirty bracelet, clean bracelet.

Additional notes:  As Ag and Mhoram we killed everything in our path and had no trouble getting from lever to opened door.  Helped some that I knew the layout of the first area fairly well.   As Kamiana and Tunguska we also killed everything in our path and didn't have a problem making it to the open door.  Only took a couple of hits in the final areas as our magicD isn't as high as Mhoram (max'ed specialized) and Ag's (max'ed trained).
