During the Corrupted Sovereign event the following quest was, modified.  Besure to read to the end for the newer updates.

Town Crier tells you, "There are rumors that a new Tusker at Oolutanga's Refuge has become quite powerful. People have said that Oolutanga himself lets this new Tusker do most of his talking."

Travelling over to the refuge King bobo is found to be sickly and a new tusker is by his side. Mudmouth tells you, "Go and prove your valor to our King by beating his most valued warrior to a pulp." Mudmouth teleports you with Trial of the Tusker Hero.

So we know about problems with bobo and to seek out Jilna Fullgood in the Tusker Emperioum.  Actually you can start with just seeing Jilna - Bobo, Mudmouth and Grunter are just to get you to Jilna.

Tusker tells you,

"You help Bobo? Ooo! We try help. Talk Jilna."

The Tusker gives you a gentle but firm shove in Jilna Fullgood's direction.

Tusker Kin tells you,

"We are doing our best to help our brothers and sisters. Oolutanga would never do this to his people. Help us find out why he is doing this. Talk with Jilna, she knows what to do."

Jilna Fullgood tells you,

"Thank goodness you've come. My name is Jilna Fullgood. I've been living with the Tuskers for years, ever since we found the island. I've come to respect and admire their ways. I especially respect King Oolutanga. He has always put the needs of his people before his own, at least... until now."

"I'm certain that this new Tusker, Mudmouth, is doing something to make Oolutanga sick. I will never believe that Oolutanga would declare some of the things Mudmouth has in his name. He's made it illegal for Tuskers to eat nanners without a Nanner Acquisition and Consumption License!"

Jilna shakes her fists in frustration.

"Tuskers don't understand how to apply for licenses! They're starving! Or they've been arrested by Mudmouth's new Tusker Guard."

"I decided to fight back against this tyranny, so I formed the Bobo's Redeemers in the hopes of freeing Oolutanga from the evil influence of Mudmouth."

"My spies have reported that Mudmouth's Guard have been seen gathering some plant near the Tusker Lacuna dungeon. Go and gather whatever grows there and bring it to the Human Seer, Kleeoh. There isn't a plant on this island she can't identify."

"Return to me once you have any information that might be helpful to our cause. Thank you and good luck."

So off to the area around Lacuna, to seek out these Jungle Orchids.

As the orchids are giveable, if you toon can't survive anyone that has talked to Jilna can spot, recover the orchids and then pass along to those needing one.

Of course acquiring a jungle orchid isn't that easy, while they seem to abound around Lacuna, once you've talked to jilna, attempting to pick one spawns a portal and a welcoming committe of Virindi Subjagator, Virindi Consul, two Controlled Tuskers, and a Restrained Tusker. NOTCE the portal you can't enter would seem to drop you center of Caul isle.

You give Kleeoh Jungle Orchid. Kleeoh tells you, "Dis for Kleeoh? Dis be a beautiful flower, no?" Kleeoh, pauses a moment and stares into you with her piercing dark eyes. "Haha, you not here to do me evil. You want someting I think..." Kleeoh smiles at you for a moment. "You know about dis flower? Dis be a Death Blossom. Very beautiful, very dangerous!" "You breath too much of it's perfume and you go all weak like a baby. You no move for hours you so tired." "Now, you fool enough to lick a petal and you be dead before your head touch ground. Very powerful poison!" "You say dat Mudmouth be collectin dis flower? Dat some bad maka! Dis explainin' Oolutanga's illness alright." "What you need do, is get you some powerful maka to wake him up. You listen to Kleeoh, she know just da ting." "Travel to da Chapel of Xi Ru on the last Vesayen island. Dere overlookin da chapel above the waterfall be a huge tree all glowin with da power of life." "You collect da water lily that grow by the base of dat tree. It be called King's Crown and be the only cure I know of for da Death Blossom sleep." "Go now child. Bring da King's Crown back to Jilna. She know what to do."

Tree of life requires a recall to sanctuary or the wedding scroll, then running to the portal device at 83.4S 89.8E (if you did the flagging by reading Nuhmidra's book in her abondoned house).
Dropped about 91S 87E, you run west, north around the island to about 88.5S 85.6E where you can climb south up the mountain and over to mountain lake that nourishes the tree of life.

After acquiring a King's crown bringing it back to Keeoh only gets you:

You allow Kleeoh to examine your King's Crown.

Kleeoh tells you,

"Ah, dis be King's Crown for sure. Hurry child, you get dis to Jilna she know just what to do."

So after obtaining a no give Crown take it back to Jilna in the tusker volcano.

You give Jilna Fullgood King's Crown.

Jilna Fullgood tells you,

"Kleeoh says this will help Oolutanga?"

"Thank you! Oh, thank you! I can't wait to see that Mudmouth squirm when Oolutanga pounds him with his stone hand."

"I think we can get some of this King's Crown into his next meal of mashed nanners. It may take several tries though. Mudmouth is very suspicious and trusts no one."

"Take this as a reward for all your help."

You've earned 41,346,376 experience.  lvl 232, for a % of level, this probably = capped xp

Jilna Fullgood tells you,

"We may need more Kings Crown in the next few weeks if we fail to get this to Oolutanga. Perhaps you could gather more then. Thank you!"

Corrupted Sovereign event changes:

Jilna Fullgood was moved out behind the tusk collector brighteyes on the balcony.  As as you turn over the King's crown instead of xp reward you are handed a destroy on death flask that must be taken to bobo.

You give Oolutanga, the Tusker King King's Crown Infusion.

Oolutanga, the Tusker King tells you,

"I Oolutanga thank you. It isn't easy to make decisions for the betterment of all tuskers when Oolutanga, who is me, is sleepy."

Oolutanga gurgles the potion down and a wide smile spreads across his face as he smacks his lips noisily. His eyes shine with a renewed brightness.

"You who are not Oolutanga have done well for a non-tusker. I will show you how I make other Tuskers smart like me, Oolutanga."

Oolutanga leans forward and hits you on the head with his giant stone hand. You feel a flood of awareness spread from the lump he made.

You've earned 148,617,928 experience.

this lvl 220 toon had done the reward several times before for the earlier xp rewards from jilna directly. 

So flagging for and the quest only entails:

1. talk to jilna

2. recover a jungle orchid (actually fighting/pickup can be accomplished by anyone that has talked to jilna and then given to a weaker toon),

3. show orchid to Kleeoh,

4. get king's crown, and

5. give king's crown to Jilna.

6. get flask from jilna and take to bobo

thus completing the quest for you xp reward.

In 12 days, when you can next pick up a crown, the re-quest merely entails:

1. get king's crown, and

2. give king's crown to Jilna.

You give Jilna Fullgood King's Crown.

Jilna Fullgood tells you,

"You've brought more King's Crown? Excellent."

"We've had the worst time trying to get the cure to Oolutanga. Mudmouth keeps swapping mashed nanners with Oolutanga or worse, just throwing out his food entirely."

"I swear, if I get my hands on that vile Tusker I'll make him wish he'd never heard of Tusker Island!"

Jilna sighs and straightens her towel.

"Sorry about that! Hopefully this batch of King's Crown will do the trick."

"Here, is a small reward for your help friend."
